Founded in 2007, Spark Ventures is Chicago-based organization that engages in international community development, through grassroots partnerships, to serve orphans and vulnerable children in their communities. With an innovative three-phase partnership model, we strategically work to stabilize, strengthen and sustain our partners. The end results are improved and expanded programs to benefit children that are provided by sustainable organizations with local leadership.
